OUR ONLINE STORE IS OPEN

We'll be doing things a little differently for a while, but one thing that hasn't changed is our high standard of customer service.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've developed an easy system for shopping with us online with options for delivery to your door or contactless pick-up at your nearest store.

STEP 1

Visit  www.arthurjamesclothing.ca and place your order. You can also send us an email (info@arthurjamesclothing.ca), send us a message on Facebook, or call local store. If you don't see what you're looking for on our website, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

STEP 2

Choose your delivery option:

- Store front / curb side contactless pick-up at one of our locations

- Or shipping by Canada Post

STEP 3

- If you chose contactless pick-up (which involves practicing physical distancing of 2 metres), we'll get in touch with a specific time when you can come get your order. All times will be between Monday to Friday.

- You'll be asked to provide your license plate number and description of your vehicle so we know who we're looking for.

- A member of our staff will meet you in front of the store at the scheduled time (practicing physical distancing of 2 metres.) They will have sanitized their hands prior to picking your items and before delivery to your vehicle.
